Drawn to the powerful interconnection between mind, body, and spirit, Joss explored breathwork as a path to deeper healing and personal transformation. Through her own dedicated practice, she experienced what she now teaches with such conviction: that conscious, intentional breathing has the power to unlock the body’s innate healing potential. Part of this awakening came through her lifelong struggle with asthma, an experience that had shaped much of her life. Through breathwork, Joss learned to manage her asthma without medication, a transformation that deepened her trust in the body’s internal wisdom and affirmed her commitment to sharing this powerful work with others.

Over the years, Joss has become a go-to breathwork expert in her community, recognized for her warm, heart-centered approach and the meaningful breakthroughs her sessions inspire.
