By using this website, booking a service, enrolling in a program, or registering for an offering, you agree to the terms that apply to that service or purchase.

Wellness services

Breathe With Joss provides breathwork, nervous system education, sound experiences, somatic practices, wellness programs, workshops, and related educational experiences.

These offerings are intended to support personal wellness, awareness, relaxation, and self-development. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services.

You are encouraged to participate in a way that feels appropriate for your individual needs, and to consult a qualified healthcare professional when you have questions about whether a particular practice is right for you.

Certain experiences may require completion of a health questionnaire, informed consent, or participant waiver before participation.

Participation & results

Every person responds differently to breathwork, somatic practices, sound, and other wellness experiences. Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and specific results are not guaranteed.

Participants are responsible for following facilitator instructions, communicating relevant concerns, and choosing a level of participation appropriate for them.

Age requirements or parent and guardian consent may apply to certain offerings, and are communicated during registration where applicable.

Payments, cancellations & rescheduling

Purchases, deposits, program commitments, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling are governed by the Breathe With Joss Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Where a program, private booking, membership, or other offering has additional written terms, those terms also apply to that purchase.

Intellectual property

The Breathe With Joss name, BreathScription™, written materials, recordings, practices, program content, worksheets, educational resources, graphics, and other original content are owned by Breathe With Joss, LLC or used with permission.

Materials provided through a session, program, course, membership, or digital offering are for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, taught, resold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from Breathe With Joss, LLC.

Text messaging

When you separately choose to receive text messages from Breathe With Joss, you may receive service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, scheduling communications, reminders, responses to inquiries, and other information related to services you have requested.

Promotional and marketing text messages are sent only where the appropriate marketing consent has been provided. Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions is separate from consenting to text messages and does not enroll you in text messaging of any kind.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may use the Breathe With Joss website and digital resources for lawful personal purposes.
