Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan or alternate payment arrangement has been offered.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

For private events, retreats, trainings, corporate experiences, and larger group bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the date. Any remaining balance is due according to the terms provided with the booking.

Travel expenses and other costs already incurred specifically for a booking are non-refundable.

Sessions & programs

All purchases of individual sessions, multi-session programs, packages, and mentorship offerings are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Individual appointments may be rescheduled one time when reasonable notice is provided.

Multi-session programs, packages, and mentorship offerings are purchased as complete experiences rather than as individual appointments. Payment plans are provided as a convenience and divide the total program price into installments; they are not month-to-month memberships.

Choosing to pause, withdraw from, or discontinue a program does not cancel the original financial commitment. Payments already made will not be refunded, and all remaining agreed-upon installments will remain due.

Breathe With Joss will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling needs throughout a program.

Events & private bookings

Registration for public events, workshops, and experiences is final and non-refundable.

When special circumstances arise and notice is provided before the event begins, Breathe With Joss may allow one transfer or reschedule to the same type of future offering, subject to availability.

Private-event deposits are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a private event, payments already made are non-refundable. When circumstances allow, Breathe With Joss may offer one opportunity to reschedule the booking to another available date.

Rescheduling & special circumstances

Life happens. If illness, an emergency, or another unexpected circumstance affects your ability to attend, please reach out before your scheduled session or event begins. Breathe With Joss may offer one reschedule or transfer as a courtesy, subject to availability.

Missed appointments, no-shows, and events missed without advance communication are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Any refund, credit, transfer, extension, or rescheduling exception offered outside this policy is made at the discretion of Breathe With Joss, LLC. An exception made in one circumstance does not change this policy or create an expectation of the same exception in the future.

Weather & Breathe With Joss cancellations

Outdoor experiences may be delayed, relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled when weather, water conditions, terrain, heat, storms, or other environmental factors affect participant, facilitator, or equipment safety.

If Breathe With Joss is unable to provide a scheduled session or event, participants will be offered an appropriate reschedule, credit, or refund.

For private events affected by severe weather or circumstances outside either party's reasonable control, rescheduling will be the preferred option whenever possible.
