A study conducted by Harvard University showed that 1 in 3 teens suffered with chronic anxiety in 2019. That’s 33% of teens are suffering with chronic anxiety 5 years ago and the numbers have steadily increased.
At Breathe With Joss we believe in equipping individuals with the tools to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as enhance self regulation. This session is specially created with teens in mind. Through rhythmic breathing, meditation and uplifting proprietary music, teens will leave relaxed, rejuvenated and feeling empowered to navigate the turbulence of life with grace.
