Joss is a nervous system specialist, known for her steady presence and her ability to work directly with the nervous system through the breath.

Her work focuses on how the nervous system adapts under sustained demand — and what it takes to create space for it to release, reset, and function with greater efficiency and capacity.

Through her own experience, including a lifelong struggle with asthma, she learned to manage her symptoms without medication through intentional breathwork, Joss developed a deep understanding of how breathing influences the body’s ability to regulate, recover, and respond.

She now works with individuals and groups to create structured, immersive experiences designed to move the system out of constant activation and into a more steady, responsive state.
